	Sarah's gift. My darling girl,through her life she suffered so much. So much pain.But if there is any reason for any of this or to make any kind of sense of it then it's this.Through her trauma's ,operations,many lives were saved.And there are alot of people walking around today because of her.And not forgetting her little girl ,Sarah risked her life to have her child.Yet again proving it is possible for someone with Sarah's conditions to have a child
